Melissa Conquest

Melissa has always had a passion for animals and spent (along) time volunteering at Paws learning valuable skills before becoming part of the team. She also gained her Animal Nursing Assistant qualification to widen her knowledge of small animals and exotics. She will soon be starting her Veterinary nursing training to become a registered RVN whilst continuing to work at Paws.

Not only is Melissa brilliant with the patients but she also heads up the insurance department and runs the social media for the practice. She loves working as part of a fear free practice and has a keen interest in rehabilitating and rehoming stray cats working closely with local charities and rescues. Outside of work Melissa loves to go to festivals and gigs, go on holidays with her daughter and spend time with her cheeky cat Max.
